Prenatal yoga classes are a great way to meet new expecting friends. There are tremendous benefits of doing yoga while pregnant for both Mom and Baby. A yoga practice through pregnancy teaches you breath control vital for labor and delivery. When pregnant, a woman's joints soften to allow the pelvis to open and accommodate growing baby. Yoga will ensure that the joints remain strong and help your body learn how to soften and give in to this extra space without injury. A prenatal yoga practice will also keep your mind focused, still, and calm at a time that presents a lot of change. While Mom practices yoga, Baby experiences your breath, movement, serenity, and relaxation. Prenatal yoga will improve your sleep and reduce stress.

KUNDALINI PRENATAL - Come join our new gentle prenatal Khalsa Way class series with Ksusha Barber at Mohm! The goal of the class is to deeply connect with your precious baby within your womb through flowing yoga movements, ancient mantra chanting, powerful visualizations and deep meditation. Being surrounded by the group of women, you will be able to activate the innate wisdom of a Mother, learn how to surrender into ecstatic birth and how to trust your body and your baby.
