Mommy & Me Classes

Mommy and Me Classes are a great opportunity for you to spend time with your baby and make new friends. These classes will provide you with support and guidance necessary to navigate motherhood in those first few months of infancy. You will leave each class feeling validated, and knowing that you're not alone in your experiences as a MOhM.

Mommy and Mini Me

This class is for moms and babies 0-3 months. MOhMs join this class when baby is as young as a few weeks old. The Class is 8 weeks and meets once a week. Each week we will discuss different topics such as birth stories, feeding, sleep, changes in relationships after baby, attachment and bonding, infant massage, infant development, and self care. Some of these classes are instructed by guest speakers who are experts in their respective fields, and  all classes are facilitated by our infant specialist.

Baby will make his/her first friends while their MOhMs do the same. Our MOhMs spend time together gathering before or after class for coffee or lunch to further develop their new bond and form friendships.

It is our priority that our MOhMs always feel reassured and supported when they leave our classes, knowing that they are not alone.
