After bonding with baby inside your belly in Prenatal Yoga, it is now time for baby to see what all that fuss was about. Come get back into your yoga practice with baby by your side. Yoga after baby is a great way to get an hour of quality time without needing a babysitter. This is an opportunity to slow down, breath, gain strength and balance. This class is for babies not yet crawling as baby is beside you on a blanket, and incorporated into the class as much as needed or as you like.
